Liathach

The Liathach ( The Grey in Gaelic ) is a 1,055 meter high mountain range in Scotland. It lies on the west coast in the Torridon Hills in the North West Highlands, which belong to the Council Area Highland. Two of the top of the Liathach, the Spidean a ' Choire Leith at 1,055 meters above sea level at the eastern end of the massif and the 1,023 m high Mullach to Rathain at the west end are classified as a Munro. East of Liathach lies the mountain massif of Beinn Eighe, west joins the Beinn Alligin.

Due to its location on the west coast with distant views of the Liathach is a popular destination for hikers and climbers. The excess over the ridge on Fasarinen about the two highest peaks in the Liathach is considered particularly challenging tour.
