Liberal Unionist Party

The Liberal Unionists formed from members of the Liberal Party in the United Kingdom, after it had left the Liberals in the spring of 1886.

The occasion of the departure of the Home Rule Bill was the third government William Gladstone, Ireland zubilligte a large degree of autonomy.
