Life (BBC TV series)

The miracle of life ( Original title: Life) is a ten-part nature documentary series by David Attenborough on the overall diversity of life on Earth. Alternative items are fascinating wilderness or The Triumph of Life.

Production and other publications

The series was produced in 2009 by the BBC together with arte and RTI Spa. The total production period was four years. Through new camera technology come so far never -been as insight into the natural processes of life on our planet. The first broadcast took place from October 12 to December 14, 2009 on BBC One.

The German premiere ( episode without one ) on free TV was from March to August 2010 on the broadcasters ORF 2 and SF 1 Complete the series was broadcast on Arte on 6 September to 17 September 2010. More broadcasts were seen in the years 2010 to 2012 in different stations of the ARD, Arte and SF 1.
