Lift Yr. Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven! (also: Lift Your Skinny Fists Like Antennas to Heaven and Vos Skinny Fists Comme Antennas Levez to Heaven ) is a 2000 double album, released the Canadian band Godspeed You! Black Emperor.

It is the second regular album by the band and is considered one of the classic albums of the post-rock. Recorded it was in the Chemical Sound Studios in Toronto, Canada. The whole album is instrumental, except for some scattered voice samples.

The album is dedicated to every prisoner on the globe.

Reviews

The album has received in the press mostly excellent reviews. So it was at Plattentests.de nine out of ten points in the All Music Guide four and a half out of five and at Pitchfork Media 9.0 / 10 points. In retrospect wrote Tonspion "With a brilliant album welcomed the Canadian band Godspeed You Black Emperor! the new millennium. [ ... ] Almost ten years later, it is still worthwhile to listen. [ ... ] This album has many bands paved the way and should be in every demanding music collection. "
