Linda Ferrando

Linda Ferrando ( born January 12, 1966) is a former Italian tennis player.

Career

Ferrando played her first professional match in May 1987 at the clay tournament in Rome, where she was eliminated in the second round against Claudia Kohde - Kilsch.

In 1990, she achieved her best result at a Grand Slam tournament as she stood in the second round of the U.S. Open. From 1991 to 1993 she played for the Italian Fed Cup team; their balance sheet: four wins in four defeats.

In 1995, she played at the Australian Open her last match as a professional player.
