The list of cities in Ethiopia provides an overview of the development of the population of the larger cities of the East African country of Ethiopia.

The table includes the cities with more than 40,000 inhabitants, the results of the censuses ( VZ ) of 9 May 1984 and 11 October 1994 and an estimate of the Central Statistical Agency 1 July 2006 Listed.
