This is a list of cities in Burundi.

By far the largest agglomeration in Burundi is Bujumbura with a population of 901 345 (as of 1 January 2005). Thus, twelve percent of the country's population in the capital region focus.

In the table are the cities of over 4,000 inhabitants, the results of the Census ( Census ) of 16 August 1990, a calculation for January 1, 2005, and the province to which the city is listed. The population figures refer to the actual city without suburban belt.
