List of cities in Western Sahara

This is a list of cities in Western Sahara.

By far the largest agglomeration in Western Sahara, El Aaiun, with a population of 201 570 (as of September 2, 2004 ). This means that around half of the people in the country live in the capital region.

The table contains the towns of over 3,000 inhabitants, whose name in German transcription and in Arabic as well as the results of the Census ( Census ) 2 September 1994 and 2 September 2004. Listed is also the province to which the city belongs. The population figures refer to the actual city without suburban belt.
