List of egg dishes
As an egg dish (French: plat aux œufs; engl. Dish egg ) dishes are referred to in the German language, which are mainly produced from chicken eggs. This preparation forms and flavors vary according to region of origin. In Austria, the term usually scrambled eggs.
One limitation when serving is the absence of silverware, as it relies on chemical processes for blackening due to the formation of silver sulfide.
