List of Governors of Punjab (India)

The following table lists the governors of Punjab with respective term of office. On November 1, 1966, the territory of Haryana was spun off as an independent State of Punjab. Since July 1984, the governor of the Indian state of Punjab is also Administrator of Chandigarh.
