This list contains the members of the government and other leaders of the Independent State of Croatia (1941-1945 ).

Deputy of the Fuehrer Officially: Poglavnikov zamjenik.

President of the Government Officially: Predsjednik vlade.

Vice President of the Government Officially: Potpredsjednik vlade.

Interstate head notary - keeper of the state seal ( prothonotary ) Officially: Državni pribilježnik - čuvar državnog Pecata. The prothonotary was chairman of the State Council and Privy Seal of the great and small state seal of the Independent State of Croatia. He recorded where necessary in laws, decrees, acts of state and sealed them. Originally both seals should be kept by the incumbent Minister of Justice.

Minister of Foreign Affairs Officially: Mini Star vanjskih poslova.

Minister of the Croatian Home Guard (1941 ) / Minister of Armed Forces ( from 1943) Officially: Mini Star Hrvatskog domobranstva / Mini Star oružanih Snag. 1941, in command of the regular armed forces ( Croatian domobranstvo ) and without command of the Ustasha militia ( Ustaška vojnica ), which was subordinate to the Minister of the Interior. From 1943, renaming and restructuring. As of November 21, 1944 with command of the regular armed forces and the Ustasha militia, united as " Croatian Armed Forces " ( Hrvatske oružane Snag, HOS).

Minister of Internal Affairs Officially: Mini Star poslova unutarnjih. To 20 November 1944, with command of the Ustasha militia ( Ustaška vojnica ).

Minister of Justice ( 1941) / Minister of Justice and Religion ( from 1942 /43) Officially: Mini Star pravosuđa / Mini Star pravosuđa i bogoštovlja. From 1942/43, also in charge of religious affairs (until then the Minister for religion and education).

Minister of Finance Officially: Mini Star financija.

Minister of Forestry and Natural Resources Officially: Ministarstvo šumarstva i rudarstva.

Minister of religion and teaching / Minister of National Education Officially: Mini Star bogoštovlja i nastave / Mini Star Národne prosvjete. The " National Education " here also included the responsibility for propaganda. 1942, the responsibility for religion was transferred to the Minister of Justice.

Minister for Social Policy Officially: Mini Star socijalne politike.

Minister for Reconstruction / Minister for the supply of war-affected areas Officially: Mini Star obnove / Ministar za skrbi postradale krajeve.

Minister of the Liberated Areas Officially: Ministar za oslobođene krajeve. " Liberated Areas " were assigned in 1941 by the Independent State of Croatia to Italy coastal areas whose reincorporation of these proclaimed after the surrender of Italy on September 8, 1943.
