List of mathematics competitions

In mathematics competitions refers to competitions in which within a certain time by the participants mathematical problems to be solved. The solutions are then evaluated and determined as the winner due to its completeness. The best known, most respected and most demanding of these competitions is the International Mathematical Olympiad (IMO). As these are age restricted many math competitions. Typically, there are a large number of winners. There are both individual competitions and team competitions.

Competitions to unsolved problems

While the solution of the task ( the jury ) is known at the competitions according to the above scheme before, it is also open competitions for unresolved issues.
