List of monarchs of Hawaii

The list of the kings of Hawaii contains the sovereign monarch of the Kingdom of Hawaii.

The Kingdom was established by Kamehameha I in the early 19th century, that of the Big Island (Hawaii ), starting united the entire island chain on a state. The monarchy was abolished in 1894 in favor of a republic, 1898, the annexation of the island nation by the United States of America.
