Live at the Regal is a 1965 live album published by the U.S. blues guitarist BB King. It was recorded on 21 November 1964, Regal Theater in Chicago, a nightclub and venue in Chicago's Southside.

Around this time, it seemed a career- Kings to go downhill, because the black audience turned more and more from the blues. But the British Blue Revival brought the blues close to white Americans, because they met the music, brought back the British groups like the Rolling Stones in the United States. The album Kings paved way for appearances at rock concerts and on the radio.

Although the album was critically acclaimed, BB King saw the matter somewhat more soberly: " And even if Live was a good album, I've probably given hundreds of concerts, which were better than the shelf. "
