Live: Take No Prisoners is the third live album by American singer-songwriter Lou Reed. The recordings of the double album took place from May 17 to 21 1978 at Bottom Line in New York City. Mixed and edited the album was by Manfred Schunke Delta Studio, Wilster, Germany, it will be released in the same year.

The album contains the songs longer humorous monologues. In one of them, among other music critic Robert Christgau is attacked. In his critique of the album, he thanks you for the correct pronunciation of his name.

The album was recorded in Kunstkopfstereophonie. The microphones were in the ears of the plastic head, it should thus real sound as if you were "in the middle ". In the beginning, Lou Reed strikes a match, which illustrates the effect audible.
