Llajwa
Llajhua is a very sharp paste of tomatoes, onions, Bolivian Coriander, Locoto and a pinch of salt, which is served in South America, particularly in Bolivia to virtually all meals. In particular, the use of paste found in dishes such as Schweineröstfleisch ( Chicharrón de cerdo ) or the oven pork ( al horno Lechón ).
