Loco Moco

Loco Moco is a dish made of Hawaiian cuisine.

There are many variations, but basically there is a dish made from white rice with a hamburger, a fried egg and brown gravy. The variations can include, for example bacon, ham, luncheon meat, ( Kalua ) pork, Linguiça (sausage), Teriyaki-Rind/Huhn, shrimp or oysters.
