Loève Prize
The Line and Michel Loève International Prize in Probability ( Loève Prize ) in 1992 donated her husband Michel Loève Line Loève in memory. The prize is awarded every two years and extraordinary services to excel in the field of probability theory. Similar to the Fields Medal is there an age restriction. A ceremony will take place only at persons who are younger than 45 years. The winner will receive a total of about 30 000 U.S. dollars. This makes the price to one of bestdotierten in all mathematical disciplines.
