Lonely Drifter Karen

Lonely Drifter Karen is a music project of three people with different musical backgrounds: from folk to pop to Dream Dark Cabaret, Experimental, Classical Music, Music Rock, and more. The band consists of singer who was born in Austria Tanja Frinta, pianist and producer Marc Meliá Sobrevias from Spain and Italian Giorgio Fausto Menossi on drums and percussion.

Biography

After their previous band Holly May was parted, founded the Viennese Tanja Frinta Lonely Drifter Karen as a solo project. When she moved to Barcelona later Menossi and Sobrevias pushed to do so. Between December 2006 and January 2008 and took Frinta Melia on their debut album Grass is Singing, which was released worldwide in 2008.

The band members currently live in Brussels and Barcelona, ​​where they recorded their second album Fall of Spring, which was released in Europe on March 26, 2010.
