Lörrach sculpture path

The Lörracher Sculpture Trail is a pass leading to 23 stations with fountains and sculptures Sculpture Trail through the city of Lörrach.

1986 was begun to change the city by extensive measures. A busy main road was closed for private transport in favor of a pedestrian zone. With the transformation of the city 's aim was to develop Lörrach to a culturally attractive place in the triangle. It was the Lörracher sculpture, with works by artists from the region, but also by internationally known artists. The itinerary begins from the courtyard Lörrach in the city center with a truncated pyramid of Bruce Nauman. He performs as a circular route past the three countries at the Museum and north Lörrach town hall and back into town to the market place.
