Louise Piëch

Louise Piëch ( born August 29, 1904 in Wiener Neustadt, † February 10, 1999 in Zell am See) was an Austrian entrepreneur.

Life

Louise Piëch was the daughter of Ferdinand Porsche. In 1928 she married the Viennese lawyer Anton Piëch, who was among other things, from 1941 to 1945 one of the three chief executive of the Volkswagenwerk GmbH. They had three sons Ernst ( born 1929 ), Ferdinand ( b. 1937 ) and Hans Michel ( b. 1942 ) and daughter Louise Daxer- Piëch (* 1932, † 21 October 2006). Louise Piëch lived with her family in Austria.

On the initiative of Louise Piëch the outsourced company parts to Austria, the Porsche KG Stuttgart in October 1943 were transferred to her and her husband and in a newly established Porsche constructions - Ges.mbH incorporated with headquarters in Gmünd in Carinthia. Anton Piëch was involved up to that point with 10% and Louise Piëch with 5% of Porsche KG.
