Louise Simonson

Mary Louise Simonson, born Mary Louise Alexander, formerly Louise Jones ( born September 26, 1946 in Atlanta, Georgia) is an American comic book writer and editor.

Life and work

Simonson was born Mary Louise Alexander. The name Simonson she took after her marriage with the author Walter " Walt " Simonson after the meantime - had told Louise Jones - during her marriage to the artist Jeff Jones.

Simonson came as they stood in 1971 the illustrator Bernie Wrightson 92 model for a figure on the cover of the comic issue House of Secrets # in the comic book industry. 1984 Simonson created together with the artist June Brigman series Power Pack which is about four gifted with superpowers children and both commercially and with critics was a success.
