Lovebug Starski

Lovebug Starski ( born 1957 or 1958 in the Bronx, bourgeois Kevin Smith), also known as Little Starsky, is an American hip hop DJ and one of the pioneers of the genre. On him or on his former partner DJ Hollywood of the origin of the term hip hop is back.

How many early hip hoppers is relatively little is known about him. He began his career as a DJ in the late 1970s, and in 1978 became a DJ at the then famous Club Disco Fever in New York City and the Harlem World, a club who was a home to many Battle rapper known. His first single, Positive Life appeared in the 1980s, his first LP Rock thereafter. A prison sentence interrupted his career in the meantime, he sat still continued in the 1980s.

Lovebug Starski was primarily responsible for the soundtrack to the film Rappin ' and tried a few years ago a comeback along with DJ Hollywood as The Veteranz.
