Luanchuan County

The circle Luanchuan (Chinese栾川县) is a county in the west of Henan Province, which belongs to the administrative territory of the prefecture-level city of Luoyang. It has an area of 2,478 km ² and 320,000 inhabitants counts ( 2003). Its main town is the large village Chengguan (城关 镇).
