Lubiszyn
Lubiszyn ( German Ludwigsruh ) is a village in the powiat Gorzowski (District Gorzów Wielkopolski ) of the Polish Lubusz Voivodeship. The Gmina Lubiszyn is a rural community, which has its headquarters in Lubiszyn.
History
By 1945 Ludwigsruh was a municipality in the district of Landsberg ( Warta ). After the end of World War II, the town was taken over by the Potsdam Agreement in Polish administration and expelled the German population. Since then the place has been called Lubiszyn.
