Luciana Pedraza

Luciana Pedraza ( born January 5, 1972 in Salta, Argentina) is an Argentine actress, director and screenwriter. Pedraza is married to actor and director Robert Duvall since 2005.

Life

Pedraza was born in 1972 in Northern Argentina city of Salta, the oldest of five sisters. At the age of two years, her family moved to the province of Jujuy. At the age of 16 she moved to the capital Buenos Aires, where she finished her education. Later she worked as an event manager and in 1994 founded the event agency W. & Associates.

In 1996 she met in Buenos Aires Robert Duvall, whom she spoke with friends in the street and invited to a party. Pedraza is on the day 41 years younger than him. They moved in 1997 to Duvall in the United States. With the filming of Duvall's next film Apostle! she became interested in film production.

In 2002 she took her first role in the film Killing Moves, in which she played the tango dancer Manuela on the side Duvall and under his direction.

2004 turned Pedraza A Portrait of Billy Joe her first film. The documentary deals with the life of the musician and actor Billy Joe Shaver.
