Luciano Odorisio

Luciano Odorisio ( born March 7, 1942 in Chieti ) is an Italian film director and screenwriter.

Life

Odorisio was in the late 1960s worked twice as an actor and assistant director on his friend Guido Celano and then remained in this latter task, until 1970 the emergence of some films connected, including works by the Taviani brothers, Marco Ferreri and Maurizio Ponzi. During the next decade he worked exclusively for television, often with Silverio Blasi 1979 and turned both on-screen his first film, Educativa autorizzato. He won the Premio Rizzoli for the best first film. In the 1980s, followed by the public successful films such as the remarkable and winning in Venice Sciopèn, then artistically but unexciting films like the costume thriller La monaca di Monza for the big screen. In the new millennium, he returned to television for which he filmed crime films and other substances. Here Il mio figlio solved with Lando Buzzanca in one of the lead roles in 2005 controversy because Odorisio established a gay character, without questioning its inclination.
