Action

David Grant worked as a cartoonist in Greenwich Village. On a walk he wishes the bookseller Jean Newton " good luck ". When Jean gets paid shortly after an expensive dress, she believes that David has actually brought her happiness and persuaded him to join her in a raffle. In this contest you can win a trip to Niagara Falls. David agrees but only if he can in the case of winning make the journey with her. However, this comes at Freddy Harper, the fiancé of Jean, not just on consent. However, David can also convince him that the trip was an artistic experiment only and totally impersonal. In fact, the ticket wins. David and Jean take their journey. Jealous they be pursued by Freddy. At night, Freddy breaks into the hotel room, but discovers that his fiancee spends the night there alone. David had already left with jeans work to return to New York.

On the return trip to New York David is arrested by the police car with jeans. He gets to have stolen car on suspicion jeans. Jean will have stolen a picture of David on suspicion also arrested. Freddie is finally arrested the hotel room due to the slump. All come before the magistrate. However, only Jean and David can convince the judge of her innocence, and finally a couple.
