Luděk Mikloško

Luděk Mikloško ( born December 9, 1961 in Olomouc) is a former Czech football player and current goalkeeping coach.

The 1.91 m wide goalkeeper played in his youth for Němčice nad Hanou, Železárny Prostějov and Banik Ostrava. From 1980 to 1982, he completed his military service at RH Cheb, then he returned to Ostrava and remained there until 1990. On October 27, 1982, he had been in Copenhagen against Denmark made ​​his international debut. In 1990 he moved to West Ham United and graduated from the London club 365 Official matches. In October 1998 he went to city rivals Queens Park Rangers in the second division, with almost 40 years before he ended his career after the 2000/01 season. Between July 2001 and March 2010, he was goalkeeping coach at West Ham United.

Mikloško played a total of 42 times for the Czechoslovak respectively Czech national team, he was twice captain. He participated in the 1990 World Cup in Italy, but was behind January Stejskal only number two. His farewell he gave on April 2, 1997 at the Czech Republic's 1-2 defeat against Yugoslavia in Prague.
