Luke Bryan ( born July 17, 1976 in Leesburg, Georgia, real name Thomas Luther Bryan ) is an American country music singer.
Career
With 14 Luke Bryan got his first guitar and played soon in clubs around his hometown. Actually, he wanted as soon as possible to Nashville, the capital of country music, go when his brother died in a car accident, but he decided to study at Georgia Southern University, to be the family and the domestic farm operation closer. At university he went on with the music, formed a band and also produced his own album. However, after graduation, he was once with the family until his father asked him to try it in Nashville.
2001 Luke Bryan went to the " Music City ". He worked at a music publisher and stepped on the side as a singer, where he was eventually discovered and taken by Columbia under contract. His debut All My Friends Say was the same very successful and immediately reached the Top 5 of the country and the official charts. His first album, I'll Stay Me came in at number 2 of the Country albums. Two years later, the final breakthrough came with the album Doin ' My Thing, which again reached # 2 in the Country field and came also among the top 10 album charts. The first album single Do I also missed No. 1 on the country charts, but made it equal to either of the following songs, Rain Is a Good Thing and Someone Else Calling You Baby up to the top. The first two extractions also sold more than 500,000 copies
