Lünersee

The Luenersee is one of the largest lakes in the Austrian state of Vorarlberg in Vandans.

It lies at an altitude of 1970 meters. The area around the lake is the end of the valley of the Brandner Valley, which is accessible only via narrow walkways or Lünerseebahn the area Schattenlagant from. Directly at the mountain station at the dam is the Douglas cabin that also serves as a snack and overnight accommodation for hikers.

2013, the technical facilities of the storage plant at Luenersee and the connecting lines were restored to Lünerseewerk.
