Luo Baoming

Luo Baoming (Chinese罗保铭; * 1952 in Tianjin) is a politician in the People's Republic of China. He is since 2007 the Governor of Hainan Province.

Luo joined in 1971 the Chinese Communist Party. He was or is a substitute member of the 16th and member of the 17th Party Congress.

In addition, Luo has a Masters degree in History.
