The Southern Luo He ( Chinese南洛 河, Pinyin Nan Luo Hé ) is a tributary of the Yellow River. It rises in the southeast flank of Huashan in Shaanxi Province and flows eastward into the province of Henan, where it flows near Zhengzhou in the Yellow River.

On its total length of 420 km, it flows through Lushi, Yiyang, the great ancient capital Luoyang, and Yanshi.

The largest tributary is the Yi He, which flows in Yanshi in the Luo He.

Important archaeological finds in the area of the Southern Luo He show that the region was already in the early history of China is of great cultural importance.
