Luzia Ebnöther

Luzia Ebnöther (* October 19, 1971 in Zurich ) is a former Swiss curler.

Ebnöther took as skip in 1999, 2001 and 2003, there were three European Curling championships. She won the 1999 and the 2001 bronze medal and 2003 silver medal. In the curling world championship Ebnöther played in 1999, 2000 and 2004 as skip of the Swiss team and won the silver medal in 2000 and 2004 the bronze medal. Also as Skip Ebnöther took part in the 2002 Winter Olympics in Salt Lake City. The team won the silver medal.

After several defeats by Mirjam Ott at Swiss Championships and European Championship qualifications Ebnöther ended their 2008 peak sports career. Since the 2006 Olympics, she has worked as co- commentator at curling broadcasts on Swiss television, on the side of Bernard Thurnheer.
