M. Pokora

M. Pokora ( born September 26, 1985 in Strasbourg; Matt Pokora or MP, real name Matthieu Tota ) is a French pop and RnB singer who has parents with Polish roots.

Career

He won in 2003 with two others, the French version of Popstars and formed with them the rap group Linkup. After the dissolution of the group, he launched a solo career. His first solo album came out in 2005. Even his first two singles showbiz Elle me contrôle ( was about 400 000 copies sold) were very successful. 2006 came his second album Player, which also enjoyed great success. Among other things, Ricky Martin invited him to sing a duet with him ( It's Alright ).

In spring 2008, his single Dangerous, which stems from a collaboration with Timbaland appeared. In France, they could reach the first place in the charts. His third album was released in March 2008 under the title MP3. His second single is They Talk Shit About Me, and he sings it with rapper verses ( Natalia Cappuccini ) a duet. His third single is Catch Me If You Can, and was also produced by Timbaland.

Its now fourth studio album Mise à Jour, entitled was released on August 20, 2010. The first single Juste Une Photo De Toi appeared on 7 June 2010 and was produced by Gee Futuristic and X - plosive. On 11 March 2011, the album Updated, which was recorded as an international implementation of its fourth album with English lyrics appeared.
