Ma Yinchu

Ma Yinchu (traditional characters :马寅初; Abbreviation:马寅初; * June 24, 1882, † 10 May 1982) was a Chinese economist.

Life

Ma warned long before the official birth planning before the population growth in the People's Republic of China and was reprimanded for it. Mao Zedong described initially birth control as murder of the Chinese people and admitted that 1960 Ma Yinchu was dismissed from all his offices.
