Macenta Prefecture
Macenta is a prefecture in the region Nzérékoré in Guinea with about 298,000 inhabitants. Like all Guinean Prefectures it is after its capital, Macenta named.
The prefecture is located in the southeast of the country, on the border with Liberia, and covers an area of 8710 km ².
