Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics is a peer -reviewed polymer chemistry journal, which appears fortnightly in English. It will be called Full Papers, Talents, Trends and highlight articles from all areas of polymer chemistry, published by chemistry to physical chemistry, physics and materials science.

History

Macromolecular Chemistry and Physics was founded in 1947 as The Macromolecular Chemistry / Macromolecular Chemistry by Hermann Staudinger and in 1994 was renamed to the current title. The Impact Factor was in 2012 at 2,386. According to the statistics of the ISI Web of Knowledge, the journal impact factor with this in the category of polymer science is out on 19 out of 83 journals. The editorial office is located in Weinheim on the mountain road, near Heidelberg in Germany.
