The Madom Gröss ( 2'741 m asl, . Ital Madone Grosso ) is a mountain in the Lepontine Alps in Ticino. He is, after Pizzo Campo Tencia and Pizzo Barone, the third highest peak of the mountain range that separates the Verzasca Valley in the southwest of the Leventina and the Riviera in the north- east and east. With the Pizzo di Mezzodi (in the north ) and the Pizzo Cramosino ( in the southeast ) are the Madom Gröss adjacent two only slightly lower summit.

The Madom Gröss is the highest peak, which is exceeded on the Alta Via della Verzasca. The ascent usually takes place over the coming from Pizzo Cramosino ridge or on a steep couloir in the eastern flank ( with climbing passages in I to II degree).
