Magnirostris is a little known genus of bird Beck dinosaur ( Ornithischia ) from the group of ceratopsians.

From magnirostris has only been an almost complete skull known that resembled that of Bagaceratops. This dinosaur was characterized by the robust Rostralknochen at the tip of the upper jaw, which caused an enlarged beak. About the eyes small bony protuberances were present. Like all ceratopsians, this dinosaur was herbivorous.

The fossil remains of magnirostris were discovered in the Bayan- Mandahu region in Inner Mongolia ( China) and first described in 2003. The genus name is derived from the Latin words magnus ( = "big" ) and rostrum ( = "beak "). Type species and only known species is M. dodsoni - the specific epithet honors the paleontologist Peter Dodson. The finds are dated to the Late Cretaceous ( Campanian ).

Systematically magnirostris is seen by his Erstbeschreibern as a close relative of Bagaceratops and how this classified in the Protoceratopsidae. In the opinion of some researchers, it could, however, only act at magnirostris a synonym of Bagaceratops.
