Mandy Haase ( born June 25, 1982 in Leipzig ) is a German hockey player. She was Olympic champion in 2004.
Life
For hockey they came by their parents who have completed A or youth caps for the former GDR. Even before the turn they settled in 1989 at the Rhein- Neckar region ( Wilhelm field), there to promote hockey activities of their daughter. Her sister Lydia plays hockey and is also successful national team.
In the Bundesliga, the central defender and midfielder played a long time for the Rüsselsheim RK, with which it belonged until 2005, 2001 and 2004 German champion in the field and 2002 in the hall. The halls European Cup they won with Rüsselsheim 1999-2006 and on the field in 1998.
