Manja Benak

Manja Benak ( born February 7, 1989 in Miren ) is a Slovenian football player.

Life

Benak was born in Miren in the region Miren - Kostanjevica and visited in their youth the Gimnazija Šiška. This was followed by a study of mathematics at the Fakulteta za matematiko in physicomechanical in Ljubljana.

Association

Benak started her career in the youth of their home association MND Miren - Kostanjevica. After they had gone through all the youth team at Miren - Kostanjevica, she moved in summer 2004 to ZNL club ŽNK Senožeti. After a year, she already left Senožeti again and moved to the master ŽNK Krka. In Krka she became the bearer of power and played seven years in 114 matches and scored 87 goals before moving to ŽNK Pomurje in summer 2012. The defensive midfielder was due to persistent injuries, only to ten inserts season, which is why she moved to Ferencvarosi Torna Club after just one season Beltinci to Hungary.

Benak is in the extended squad for the Slovenian national football team of women.
