Manolo Sanlúcar
Manolo Sanlúcar, actually Manuel Núñez Alcón (* November 24, 1943 in Sanlúcar de Barrameda ), is a Spanish musician. He made his debut at 12 years and has accompanied flamenco singers like Antonio Mairena and Pepe Marchena.
As an artist who has an outstanding technique, he has supported in 1990 with his own compositions such as Fantasia (1978), Azahara (1981 ) or Tauromagia reviving the guitar as a solo instrument.
During the Flamenco Festival 2005 in Jerez de la Frontera, he played to enthusiastic audiences and gave with his interpretations of classical flamenco style pattern examples of the rich musical diversity and depth of flamenco music.
