The Rivière Manouane is a river in the administrative regions of Lanaudière and Mauricie the Canadian province of Quebec.
The Rivière Manouane is one of the five main tributaries of the Rivière Saint- Maurice. The accumulated Lac Kempt is the origin of the river. Effluent flows through the Rivière Manouane which also dammed lakes Lac and Lac Manouane Chateauvert in a northeasterly direction. It ends after about 75 km at Wemotaci right side in the Rivière Maurice. The tributary Rivière Ruban hits 1.6 km above the confluence with the Rivière Saint- Maurice left side of the Rivière Manouane.
