Manuel Minginfel

Manuel Minginfel (born 28 September 1978) is a Micronesian weightlifter.

Career

Manuel Minginfel participated in the 2008 Summer Olympics as the standard-bearer of his country. In competition, he could win the eleventh rank in the category up to 62 kg 275 kg. Also at the 2004 Summer Olympics he was there and was tenth. At the 2005 World Championships Minginfel seventh position and a year later the fourth. The Micronesians won in the weight category up to 62 kg three consecutive years, the Ozeanienmeisterschaften 2006, 2007 and 2008. Since 2010 he is the new Secretary General for weightlifting, the FSM ( Federal States of Micronesia ). He is still active lifter.
