Manuel Quinziato

Manuel Quinziato ( born October 30, 1979 in Bolzano, South Tyrol ) is an Italian racing cyclist.

Career

As a junior he won in 1997 the queen stage of the 10th Trofeo Karlberg and took second place overall. In 2001, he won the time trial of the European Championship, may attend the only driver of the U23. Then he got in 2002 a professional contract with the Italian cycling team Lampre. He went there for three years before moving to the Spanish ProTour team Saunier Duval- Prodir in 2005. He first took part in the Tour de France and finished it on the 131st place overall.

Since early 2006 Quinziato moves back for an Italian team, he is at Liquigas- Bianchi under contract. In the Tour of Catalonia, he was on a stage of third parties in a mass sprint.

Since early 2011 Quinziato biking for BMC racing team.
