Manuel Tilman

Manuel Tilman ( born August 20, 1946 in Fatubessi, Portuguese Timor ) is an East Timorese politician Klibur Oan Timor Asuwain ( COTA ). He is also Secretary General of the East Timorese Lawyers Association ( AATL ).

Political career
