The Marbach is a good 2 km long right tributary to the south Mergbaches.

Course

The Marbach originates in the Middle Odenwald in a wooded area west of the Stotz ( 478.1 m above sea level. NN ). It first flows in a northwesterly direction. In Reichel Home Wholesale Gumpen he passes under the highway 47/Bundesstraße 38, here called Kriemhildenstraße, and flows a few meters further into the Mergbach.
