Marcelo Figueras
Marcelo Figueras (born 1962 in Buenos Aires, Argentina) is a writer, journalist and author of movie screenplays, about the novel Burning dough by Ricardo Piglia and own novels. His film Kamchatka (Film, Argentina in 2002, directed by Marcelo Piñeyro ) Award at the 2003 Berlinale ( Berlin International Film Festival ) with the Panorama Audience Award.
He now lives in Barcelona and is considered one of the most important modern Latin American authors.
