Marco Biagi (politician)

Marco Biagi ( born July 31, 1982 in Alexandria ) is a Scottish politician and member of the Scottish National Party ( SNP). In the Scottish Parliament elections in 2011 Biagi stood as candidate for the SNP in the constituency of Edinburgh Central. He won the constituency of the Labour politician Sarah Boyack seconded 1999-2011, the first time for the SNP.

Biagi studied International Relations at the University of St Andrews and graduated as Master. He later continued his education at Oxford University and studied at the University of Glasgow Political Communication. Since 2011, Biagi is a member of the Scottish Parliament. Biagi is not married.
